FLUIDYNE Radiators for Motorcycle/ATV are here!

Each FLUIDYNE Radiator is built to be a truly direct-fit, bolt-in replacement. No modifications are necessary to install a FLUIDYNE radiator into the specified moto/ATV applications. FLUIDYNE does not use epoxy to seal any part of the radiator and the cores are assembled using a million-dollar Nocolok brazing furnace, with all tanks and brackets TIG welded by hand. Many of FLUIDYNE’S cores are approximately twice as thick as the original cores for extra cooling ability. From race circuits to street cruising, FLUIDYNE High Performance brings race-bred fluid cooling technology to the fastest and most powerful vehicles both on and off the street.

FLD-FHP-11-250KAW for the under-cooled Suzuki RMZ-250 and Kawasaki KXF-250 4-stroke dirt bikes. These new radiators increase coolant capacity by more than 9 ounces and are already proving themselves to be a huge help in getting these bikes to the finish line without overheating.

Also, new part # FLD-FHP-11-TRX-450-R just released by Fluidyne for the 2004 Honda TRX-450R. This direct fit radiator features a 38mm performance core for additional coolant capacity when all-out racing conditions demand more from your radiator than your stock one will provide.

SIDI Flex Force Boot

Patented by SIDI, the ADJUSTABLE CALF SYSTEM is just one of exciting new features of this boot. The internal plate is adjustable to fit snugly to the dimension of the calf and is also entirely replaceable. The regulation of the A.C.S. is based on screws that shift laterally inside the plate holes. The plate is made of two different materials: a rigid one to support the boot and a heat-resistant one to protect the leg from exhaust heat.
